Animal Protein Diets Health Risks

Animal Protein Diets Health Risks

Foods that have a high concentrate (complex) structure of amino acids are called proteins. This includes flesh (muscles, organ & gland tissues, etc.), and to a lesser degree, nuts, beans, and sometimes starches (like grains).

In other words, a protein chain is a combination of different type of amino acids attached to one another, creating a protein chain.

The body can only use and only requires amino acids (not proteins) to build tissue and act as carriers or buffers. Unfortunately, the body cannot use a complete protein chain as is – as it comes from animal products.

When we consume proteins from animal flesh, nuts, beans, etc., the body, first, must break the protein chain down into amino acids. Same idea like breaking down a string of children’s pop beads, where each individual bead is like an amino acid and the completed chain of beads is like a protein chain as shows in example #1.

As the body cannot use the entire protein chain, the body then “pop apart” those beads it cannot use and to only reconnect the amino acids (beads)  in an order it can be used as example #2 indicates.

Then the body discards the unnecessary beads to get rid of the elements that cannot be used as #3 indicates.

This entire process requires a lot of energy and an initial acid (hydrochloric acid releasing pepsin) to break these complex proteins back down through the peptide stages and finally into amino acids.

This is why proteins, especially flesh proteins are called second hand amino VS fruits veggies & herbs, which are considered as firsthand superior amino acids, leaving an alkaline ash and not an acidic environment.

Our body likes simplicity, it can only use simple sugars, amino acids and fatty acids.

Protein is a cluster of many amino acids, you can look at a protein like a house and amino acids are walls that make the house.

The body DOES NOT burn amino acids for energy!
This misconception is fundamentally wrong as it would be like burning your cabin walls in your fireplace for fuel.

When a protein enters our body, first we send special enzymes to break it down to amino acids, then we take the useful amino acids to build tissue and eliminate everything else that is not needed.

This process requires lots of energy and acid to breakdown the protein, it creates an acidic environment that causes our cells to decay and die which is the root of all disease.

We force our body to find a way to eliminate the waste which it does until it gets too clogged up, where there is just too much waste to eliminate.

Our kidneys, our main filtration system will be the first to get affected and when we have too many dead cells that cannot be filtered out – we get sick.

How eating
animals’ protein
affect our emotions,
mind & spiritual growth?

Everything we eat become part of us, part of trillions of cells that make our body as a whole.

All substances we consume move through the blood stream which comes in contact with every possible cell in our body, to unite and become part of it.

In other words the blood system is the kitchen of the house that feeds us – feeds our cells.

When we consume animal proteins, we consume all the physiological components that come with that, which are, pain, stress, suffering and trauma resulting from the process of slaughtering.

We also consume high levels of adrenaline which is being produced due to the high level of stress from the very same process.

Adrenaline is a stimulant and the reason why people feel hyped up when consuming animals’ protein.

Like any other stimulant it leaves our body way more depleted and exhausted than before.

All those negative components travel through our body and become who we are.

Now, where do you think we can really grow from that point?

To something positive?

As we already know that negative energy causes acidosis and disease on a physical level, now you know how it affects us spiritually and emotionally.

On the other hand, positive energy heals our mind, heart and body.

Look at an apple or any other fruit, it is a gift from nature to us.

Gift = Love

Love heals all, it alkalizing our body and healing us on every possible level.

If you are struggling emotionally and spiritually, now you know you can grow into a deeper state of awareness by consuming live energy that is based on positiveness and not vice versa.

Final words….

When we look at the main reason why we get sick, the answer would always be falling predominantly on the acid side of chemistry.

Acidosis (the buildup of acids in tissue) means inflammation, pain, and destruction of the body.

On a chemistry level, the structure of dairy is only 2-3 stages away from plastic.

Proteins are also constipating and putrefactive causing toxemia and acidosis. Flesh protein makes for body odor, where fruits and veggies clean the body and eliminates body odor.

The human body will always relay on simple carbohydrates that are found in all fruits, vegetables and herbs as its main source of energy and doe not require much amino acids to reach optimum health.

In fact vegetables and fruits carry more amino acids than animal protein, and are made up of amino acids and not proteins which makes simple and easy for the body to break apart and use.
